Here we have an elegant French Cabernet Franc. Aromas of tart jam and spices, notes of cranberry and pomegranate, with soft tannins and medium acidity.

I paired this light-bodied red with truffle cheese ravioli and gourmet mushrooms and it was delicious! If you’re looking for a great cheese wine, this one will not disappoint.
