This Beaujolais is super-elegant and classy while remaining approachable for everyone (even those who aren’t familiar with the Gamay varietal). The grapes are hand-harvested at the perfect ripeness and fermented in both concrete and stainless steel.
I tasted hints of raspberry and black cherry, a subtle earthiness, a touch of clove, and a little orange zest. It has a nice viscosity that is complemented by a bright acidity and smooth tannins. Great with Easter dinner and leftovers.
